Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days.
Go to the My Account page and register or register upon checkout.
Once you create an account you will be able to login and change all your personal data.
Login to your account page and check order status online or give us a call.
If you allow us we will save your purchase information for future orders. Only with your permission.
We do collect sales tax where applicable.
We can ship to most areas, if you have a concern please give us a call.
We make every effort to ship all items in as few packages as possible, however sometimes orders require more than one package.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund. Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.
In case following conditions are not met GeoDIRECT Supply reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.
- NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS!
- The items must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase
- Items and packaging must be received in new condition
- The original manufacture’s packaging must not be damaged
- Packaging must include all original items, manuals etc.
- Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box
- Return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt
